Since its opening in 1979, Willowbrook Shopping Centre has constantly achieved recognition for its memorable shopping experience and community embracement. With the population exploding in Langley and a long history of successful retail in this region, Willowbrook Shopping Centre is poised to become a better shopping experience.

The recent Sears failure in Canada has resulted in a new direction for the expansion and revitalization of Willowbrook Shopping Centre.  We will be re-developing the former Sears premises and the north side of the existing shopping center to add several new and exciting concepts that our loyal customer base has identified and requested. There will be new fashion, home, entertainment and food offerings added in the immediate future.

QuadReal remains committed to the long term ownership and investment in Willowbrook Shopping centre with the anticipated change with transit in the coming years, that would generate tremendous growth for Willowbrook Shopping Centre. QuadReal is analyzing the feasibility of including a mixed use, liveable component to the Shopping Center in the near to mid term. We will be in discussions with the Township and the community to explore this concept in due course. This will allow QuadReal to create a lifestyle development to best serve our loyal customer base.
