Gift cards are accepted at the majority of Willowbrook’s 130 merchants including Hudson’s Bay, Toys“R”Us, and Sport Chek. Please note however that the following retailers currently do not accept our gift card: International Currency Exchange, TBooth Wireless, ToeToSoul Relax Lounge, Willowbrook Drycleaning & Alterations, Willowbrook Lotto Centres, Willowbrook Shoe Repair and WINNERS. Gift Card acceptance is subject to change without notice.

Willowbrook gift cards are not redeemable for cash. As well, they cannot be used to pay on a credit account, for “card not present” preauthorized transactions or, for tips. They are also non-refundable. In the case of returning retailer purchases, refunds are subject to the individual retailer’s return policy.

Maintenance Fees

Willowbrook gift cards do NOT expire and have no activation fees. Don’t hide them away because if you have not spent the card balance within 16 months of the purchase date, EML Payments charges a non-refundable $2.50 monthly maintenance fee per month until the card balance has been depleted. If requested by you in the 15th month, the 16th month will be extended to 19 months by the gift card company.

Willowbrook Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or a reduced card balance as a result of inactivity and/or failure to renew before the 16th-month maintenance fee deadline.

Lost Gift Cards

Never fear! You can replace your gift card by going to our Concierge. All we need is your original gift card purchase receipt. The fee for replacing your lost or stolen card is $5.

The 2019/2020 SPC Card™ will be available at Concierge starting August 1, 2019 for just $10! The SPC Card™ is for students only, and having one allows you to save money every time you shop for the brands you love! The SPC Card™ is valid from August 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.

Walking Club

The Willowbrook Walking Club is an initiative of Willowbrook Shopping Centre. Members of the Walking Club meet every morning and walk the Centre.

As well as the benefits of exercise, members enjoy monthly breakfasts held in the Centre’s Food Court. Year round, the Centre is a secure, dry and warm environment for members to walk and socialize. Join our 50+ members for fun!

Shop ‘n Stroll

The Shop ‘n Stroll program at Willowbrook Shopping Centre is offered to new parents and babies every Tuesday and Friday morning at 9:30 am.

The Shop ‘n Stroll fitness routine consists of a 45-minute exercise class of power walking, strength, toning and flexibility training lead by a certified fitness specialist from Runners & Booties Fitness. The last 15 minutes is devoted to socializing for moms, dads and babies.

Participation is by donation of baby items such as baby food or formula for Basics for Babies. Classes meet in the Centre, in the southwest corridor by Sport Chek and Toys R Us.
